Role Overview :
Leads development of scalable backend services for CX, automation, and process transformation projects delivered across global clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks.
- Architect microservices and integrate with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Write clean, secure, well-documented code.
- Build reusable modules and enhance automation pipelines.
- Assist in shaping technical proposals and estimates for new project bids.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years in backend development, with experience in Java or Node.js plus relational/noSQL databases.
- Familiar with cloud-based deployments (AWS/GCP).
- Agile delivery exposure, API security/caching, microservices fundamentals.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
