Location : Madurai or Kochi, India
Role Overview :
Act as the bridge between client stakeholders, delivery teams, and global sales teams helping shape client requirements and proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements through client workshops and analysis.
- Develop detailed process maps, use cases, user stories, and gap analyses.
- Help tailor BPT and CXM solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical leads to translate requirements into estimates and solution designs.
- Assist in preparing client-facing proposals and presentations.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in IT consulting or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with BPM documentation (AS‑IS/TO‑BE), Agile user stories, wireframes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and visualization skills (Visio, Figma, Balsamiq).
- Prior exposure to CXM or business automation tools is a plus.
