Role Overview :
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Finance Manager to join our leadership team in Manila. This is an onsite role, ideal for an experienced finance professional with a solid background in supporting international IT or BPO organizations. The role is critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support to ensure profitable growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with business leaders to provide insights and recommendations on cost optimization, pricing, and profitability
- Monitor and manage key financial metrics such as revenue, margins, SG&A, and EBITDA
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and business reviews to senior leadership
- Support commercial strategy, including bid pricing, deal modeling, and client profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with global finance teams to align on group-level financial objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems
- Lead or support audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance as required
Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles
- Background in an international IT or BPO environment is required
- Strong understanding of P&L management, cost structures, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
