Location : Madurai or Kochi, India
Role Overview :
You will craft high-quality user interfaces for client projects across digital transformation, CXM, and automation domains. This position involves collaboration with global teams and occasional client interfacing to support new client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build responsive, cross-browser front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into modular, maintainable code.
- Optimize for performance and accessibility across devices.
- Collaborate with backend teams for seamless API integration.
- Participate in client requirements discussions and demo UIs as part of proposals.
- Support pilot implementations to help win new client engagements.
Qualifications :
- 2–5 years in front-end development, especially using React/Vue + Tailwind or Material-UI.
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals and modern tooling (ES6+, Webpack/Babel, Git).
- Experience with responsive design, performance optimization, semantic HTML.
- Strong communication and teamwork orientation.
