Role Overview :
We are hiring motivated and goal-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team in Manila. This onsite role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO sales environment who are passionate about customer engagement and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and/or handle inbound inquiries to promote products or services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system
- Follow established scripts and compliance guidelines during sales conversations
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to continuously improve performance
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales agent in a BPO environment (voice or non-voice)
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or sales tools
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
