Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our onsite team in Manila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong portfolio of UI designs and UX solutions, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex user problems through clean, intuitive, and engaging design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI for web and mobile applications, from wireframes and prototypes to final visual assets
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to understand user needs and business goals
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
- Maintain consistency in design standards, branding, and interaction patterns across all digital products
- Translate requirements into functional and appealing interactive designs that enhance user satisfaction
- Stay up to date on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across devices
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for digital products or platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI execution across multiple projects (web and mobile)
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, or Marvel) and user testing methodologies
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals (coding skills are a plus but not required)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
